Unfortunately from time to time problems may occur with items we supply. At 1080sport we pride ourselves in offering a good service .
Cancelling Your Order
The Regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, e-mail acceptable - a phone call is not enough.
The cooling off period and the right to cancel do not apply to contracts for clearly personailised goods, and the supply of videos/DVDs if they are unsealed by the consumer.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND SECURITY
A Store Credit or, if you prefer, an exchange to the same value is guaranteed for customers returning products within 7 days of delivery when purchased through the website or phone orders via the shop.
Please note: Original despatch postal charges will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. 1080sport will not refund customer if returning items due to Incorrect sizing or customer dislike of product.
A full refund or, if you prefer, an exchange to the same value is guaranteed for customers returning items with a proven fault within 28 days of purchase or delivery. If any exchange or refund is required then you should return the item to us, ensuring a copy of an email or confirmation.
Items must be returned by Recorded delivery (at customers own expense) and clearly marked for the attention of the Returns Dept. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods and 1080 Sport Ltd have the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if we consider the goods have not been treated according to the instructions provided with them.
We use a comprehensive selection of the latest security measures to make sure your credit cards details are kept secure when ordering over the internet. Our Secure Server provider has never been intercepted by a third party or lost a single order. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/PAYMENT IN FULL
If you place a deposit or Pay in Full on an item for collection or order, please remember it is a non-refundable payment. As the item will either be a special order or removed from sale and kept in storage until the remaider of the payment is completed. If the item is ordered 1080 Sport Ltd can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
Items that are ordered in for customers or "Special Orders" can not be refunded.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
1080sport will indeavour to price match any item from any UK mainland shop. The Item must be in stock and available for despatch.
None Stock Items
From time to time, items ordered via the online store system maybe out of stock. Items listed on the website are as available to purchase and may not be in stock. If this is the case and there is an unreasonable amount of time before the item(s) is in stock the customer will be contacted and given options for their order. i.e. an approximate delivery date given, classed as on order, a replacement option, an upgrade option.
Standard and Free Deliveries are what we all want, but please remember if you choose or recieve these services they may take upto 10 days to be delivered. We would love to put everything on a next day service for you, but we just can't do that and keep the prices you like to pay.
If you need it quick then choose the next day option, it's still cheap, especially on bigger items.
